Commercial clarity
Live showcase limits
Published active listings count toward the cap. Draft listings and sold listings do not count against the active cap.
AI usage allowances
Plans include generous fair-use generation for listing copy, social hooks, email drafts, and spec summaries. Outputs require human review before use.
Broker and team access
Solo Broker is designed for one broker. Brokerage supports a team workflow for a growing sales floor without per-seat pricing.
Cancellation and data retention
When a subscription ends, published showcases may be unpublished while account data is retained for a reasonable period so you can export or request deletion.
