1. Scope and who we are

Yoshida Social Lab LLC, doing business as MarqueEngine ("MarqueEngine," "we," "us," or "our"), operates https://www.marqueengine.com and the MarqueEngine service for luxury automotive and marine professionals. This policy explains how we handle personal information through broker accounts, hosted showcases, private enquiry forms, and support communications.

For account administration, security, and our business operations, we determine why information is processed. A broker or brokerage determines how it uses collector and prospect information submitted through its showcases, and we process that information on its behalf.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, brokerage name, contact details, and authentication records.
• Asset content: vehicle or vessel details, pricing, location, condition, identifiers, photographs, notes, and generated copy.
• Enquiries: a visitor's name, email, phone, message, budget, timeline, the showcase contacted, and broker notes or status.
• Usage and technical information: showcase view counts, basic page activity, device and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
• Communications: information sent when requesting help, reporting an issue, or contacting us.

Do not upload government identifiers, payment-card data, health information, or other highly sensitive information. Only submit information and media you have authority to use.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; store and publish authorized showcases; generate and save requested marketing copy; deliver enquiries to the presenting broker; provide support; understand service usage; investigate misuse; enforce our agreements; and meet legal obligations.

4. AI processing

When a broker requests AI copy, relevant listing details and instructions are sent through Lovable's AI infrastructure to Google Gemini. Avoid including personal information that is not necessary for the request. AI-generated material is saved to the broker's asset after generation. Enquiry submissions are not scored or profiled by AI.

5. Public showcases and enquiries

A broker chooses which asset pages to publish. Published details, selected photographs, specifications, and presentation copy can be viewed by anyone with the showcase link. Enquiry information is visible to the brokerage account that published that showcase and is not shown publicly.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Authentication storage keeps brokers signed in, and basic first-party analytics help us understand page and feature use. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell information for targeted advertising. Blocking essential browser storage can prevent account sign-in from working.

7. How we disclose information

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service: to Lovable for hosting and AI infrastructure, our database and authentication infrastructure, Google for requested AI generation or sign-in, the presenting broker for showcase enquiries, professional advisers, legal authorities when required, and parties to a business transaction under appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain account, asset, photo, copy, and enquiry data while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, disputes, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email chris@yoshidasociallab.com. We may need to verify identity and may refer a showcase visitor to the responsible brokerage.

9. Security and international processing

We use access controls, encryption in transit, secure authentication, and private file storage designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

10. Children, changes, and contact

MarqueEngine is a business service for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We may update this policy and will revise the date above; material changes will be communicated where required.
